iGA’s ‘Tawasul’ App Named Best Smart Government Application at Arab Government Excellence Award

The Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA) achieved major regional recognition, winning the Arab Government Excellence (AGE) Award for Best Smart Government Application for its ‘Tawasul’ app. The awards event, in its first edition, was launched by the UAE government in cooperation with the League of Arab States, as represented by the Arab Administrative Development Organization (ARADO).

BD5 Million in Government Procurement Requests Discussed at 39th ICT Governance Committee Meeting

Strategic projects and procurement requests by government entities valued at approximately BD5 million were discussed at the 39th Information and Communication Technology Governance Committee (ICTGC) meeting, chaired by Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA) Chief Executive, Mohammed Ali Al Qaed.
